We’re building a trusted, culturally attuned community of practitioners, and we’re delighted you’re
To ensure quality, safety and meaningful impact, we ask that all professionals meet the following:
For Therapists
- A current professional licence or registration
- Membership with a recognised professional body (e.g. BACP, UKCP, HCPC, BABCP or equivalent)
- A minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience
- Valid professional indemnity insurance
- A commitment to ethical, culturally responsive practice
For Coaches
- Recognised accreditation or certification
- At least 3 years’ professional coaching experience
- Evidence of relevant training and client work
- A commitment to safeguarding and professional standards
For Everyone Joining Ayati
- Completion of identity verification
- Agreement to our safeguarding and platform policies
- Connection of a secure Stripe payment account
- An up-to-date professional profile and availability calendar
